What we collect, why we collect it, and who else sees it. No dark patterns and no selling your data.
Who holds your data
Afrisonic is a product of NextGenOra. NextGenOra operates this service and is responsible for the data described here. Questions: info@nextgenora.com.
What we collect
Your email address, the name you choose to display, and the country you tell us you create from. The country sets your billing currency and nothing else.
The prompts, lyrics and settings you use to make songs, plus the tracks that come out. We store lyric revision history so you can undo a change you did not like.
If you sing in the booth, we store that live recording. If you ask us to make a record from it, we send that take to our music provider so the song can try to sound like you. We never take a file you did not sing in the app.
Basic usage records: when a generation ran, whether it succeeded, and how many credits it spent.
Why we collect it
To make your songs, to show you your library, to keep your credit balance honest, and to work out why something failed when you tell us it did.
We do not build advertising profiles and we do not sell your data to anyone.
Who else sees it
Your prompts and lyrics are sent to the model providers that generate audio, text and cover art on our behalf. They process it to return a result.
Supabase hosts our database, authentication and file storage. Vercel hosts the application. When payments go live, our payment provider will see the details needed to take a payment; we never store your card number.
Nobody on our team reads your private lyrics casually. We look at specific content only when you ask us to help with a problem, or when we must investigate abuse.
Public tracks
A track is private until you change it. If you make one public, its title, cover, audio and the display name on your profile become visible to anyone. Make it private again and it comes off public pages.
Your control
You can edit your name and country, and delete individual tracks, from inside the app.
You can delete your whole account from settings. That removes your profile, tracks and lyric history. Email info@nextgenora.com if you would rather we did it for you, or if you want a copy of your data first.
Questions about any of this? Email info@nextgenora.com and a person will answer.
