Terms of service

Plain language, because you should be able to understand what you are agreeing to without a lawyer beside you.

Who this agreement is with

Afrisonic is built and supported by NextGenOra. These terms are between you and NextGenOra. The product you use is Afrisonic — songs, the booth, For film, and the rest of the house.

Questions about these terms: info@nextgenora.com.

You own what you make — on a paid plan

On Creator, Pro and Studio, songs, lyrics, beats and cover art you generate belong to you. You can release them, sell them, license them to a film, or keep them private. We do not take a cut of your royalties and we do not claim co-authorship.

The free song is a sample so you can hear the house. You may send a listen to a friend. You may invite the house to hang it on Explore. It is not yours to release, sell, download, or license.

On a paid plan we keep a licence only to store your work, stream it back to you, and show it on public pages if you choose to make a track public. Set a track back to private and that display licence ends.

What you may not do

Do not use Afrisonic to imitate a real artist's voice or to pass work off as theirs. Style references describe production choices, not impersonation. The booth may clone a voice only from a take you sing live in the app — your voice, not someone else's.

Do not generate lyrics that incite violence, sexualise children, or harass a real person. Do not upload lyrics you do not have the right to use.

Accounts used for these things are suspended without a refund.

Credits and plans

Generating a song spends credits. Writing and rewriting lyrics with the agent is free, because we would rather you kept working on a song until it is right.

If a generation fails on our side, the credits are returned automatically. You should never pay for a song that never arrived.

Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. Cancel any time and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

Availability

Afrisonic depends on third-party model providers. Those can be slow or unavailable, and when that happens generations queue or fail. We refund failed generations, but we cannot promise a specific generation time.

Ending the agreement

You can delete your account at any time from settings. We will remove your profile and tracks from our systems, though backups may hold copies briefly before they roll off.

We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or that puts the service at risk. Where we can, we will tell you why.
